This chart doesn’t look triphasic to me, but that doesn’t necessarily mean anything either way! I would go ahead and test as you should receive accurate results at this time!

If that’s when you ovulated, a test is likely accurate by now, but always best to wait until missed period. I think you might have ovulated a little later though.

If I keep getting BFN should I just give up? I had a .3 dip this am an BFN on my morning test. Ughh, AF supposed to start on Tuesday (xmas eve). My breast are tender but that's about it, my bloating went away like 4 days ago which was appricated, but I still feel so drained :( .. maybe 2020 will be my year. Sighh***
