39+4 and husband thinks he should stay longer!
Our first child was born at 38w and he was a bit small and took some time to grow (nothing excessive). Anyway, I am pregnant with number 2 now and I have my due date in 3 days. My husband is doing everything he can to stop labor!!! He thinks he should stay at least until due date and even longer, if possible.
Can anyone recommend me scientific surveys that show that a birth between 39-40 weeks is optimal, than going overdue?
