Sorry the pictures are a bit blurry but what is this on the back of my conch, I can't figure it out and I have been cleaning it everyday with salt water (Epsom salt)

(I know I need to clean my other peircings sorry😳)

Those are called keloids. Try tea tree oil.

I agree it’s keloids. Most people take the earring out and use tea tree oil until it’s gone and don’t use salt anymore use hydrogen peroxide. Me and my friends have used both methods and h.p. Is the only thing that worked
