I'm not a jealous type but I guess I get jealous that he gives her more attention than me. I can't play with him because I have a baby to take care of.

I feel the problem isn't that he games with her, but that you feel he gives her/the game more attention then you. Ask him to spend more time with you and the baby and to do things you both can enjoy together
