Was I too harsh?

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and my husband doesn’t do shit. We’ve been on a family vacay (including siblings and parents on his side) for the past 3 days. It’s been great but he seriously just doesn’t do anything. He didn’t pack for anyone...I packed everything. We get here and he has yet to make a meal for our son. I asked him to put our son in bed and brush his teeth so I can get a break. He (our son) was already ready for bed and he just needed his teeth brushed. 40 mins later and he still has not done it, so I argued with him and he called me crazy for how I’m talking to him. He said that he couldn’t find clothes for him to change into. I’m sorry, my sons suitcase is so small. Why? Why do I always have to do anything. He’s lazy af and I’m sick of it! He does nothing for me, my son, or for himself. Instead, most of our fights are like the above or him teaching him super inappropriate things.

Am I missing something? Was I too harsh?
