Hi I’m a 16 year old girl and I have had ovarian cysts this year so I was put on the pill to reduce them from coming back. I believe I actually had one more this year but I never did anything about it. My mother was diagnosed with endometriosis before I was born, my doctor believes that I might have it too because I am showing all of the symptoms whereas my mother didn’t. Does anyone know a way that it can be diagnosed or if I have to be a certain age to do a test to find out, because I really want to know if it will cause any more problems or if I need to change my pill?
