Extremely crabby almost 11 month old. Advice?!

I'm sure it is just teething cause she has bottom ones on the side of the lower 4 front teeth coming in now since a week. Any ways I've been alternating between Motrin and Tylenol. Some days I go without cause I hate giving her it and try cold chewy toys. So last night she had two out burst of crying for more than 15 mins. Nothing helped her mind you. Finally she just fell back asleep after many attempts. Then at 1 ish this morning she woke up and would not fall back asleep then it was crying on and off for hours til 440 hit then it was we are gonna cry for 30-40 minutes straight. I gave Tylenol and oral gel tried a bottle and nothing helped til she fell asleep on me in the recliner. Has anyone else experience this? My other daughter was never like this.
