Can too much rest delay labor?

I'm 40+2 and am wondering if I'm unintentionally delaying labor by resting too much. My motivation to move is lessened everyday, I could sleep forever.

While walking to start labor is anole wives tale, being active does help thin your uterus and will progress labor. So maybe there could be a correlation here! I'd try to do some light walking here and there. Keep moving for at least an hour total a day. Maybe that'll help!
