Dates a week off?

Had my first ultrasound today! Got to see baby’s heartbeat, wasn’t audible yet though. I’m supposed to be 7+3 today, but baby is measuring 6+3? I’m almost positive baby was conceived on the 19th of November. The tech didn’t seem worried, should I be? Anyone measuring behind by a week or has previously?

Hey! So I had my first ultrasound appointment today too. Before we even went into the room, my OBGYN told me that baby may be 1 week ahead or behind. He specifically told me not to worry if I was 6 weeks and however many days or if I was measuring over closer to 8 weeks. He said it was perfectly normal and nothing to worry about! :)

Yea I'm measuring a week behind also but I ovulate a week later in my cycle so was totally normal. All the best xx

I’m in the same boat! I went for an ultrasound today thinking I was almost 7 weeks, but I ended up being just a little over 6 weeks. My ultrasound also looked very similar to yours!

Ive been reading that it’s super common and ultrasounds can be off by 1.2 weeks or so. I thought I was 8+2 today but I am measuring 7+4! So super normal and does not mean anything is wrong! I was just so thankful to see my little bean and their heartbeat 💓

Yes thought I was 7+2 according to my LMP turns out I was only 5+6, but I'm not too worried cause even after my missed period I got a negative test. It wasn't until almost a week after my predicted period did I get a positive. So I think I ovulated late and my period was going to be late this month anyway lol. I am breastfeeding and the doctor said it can throw off your cycle.

I had an ultrasound today an I thought the same thing my boyfriend went on a trip n he ejaculated once on nov 15th bc the 19th was my birthday n he knew I was having baby fever but he didn’t really want one anyways lol he did it n said lol here’s your baby lol n the rest of the week he never gave me the filling so I had to be further along than today’s ultrasound. They said I’m only 6 weeks 4days
