We did it two days before my peak OPK, on the day of my peak OPK, and two days after peak. The last time I got pregnant we did it two days before my peak and the day of my peak. The months where I’ve done it multiple days in a row I did not get pregnant. I think for us, every other day In that fertile window was key.
