So I got my septum pierced on my birthday, which was a week ago. The second day after I had gotten it done the left ball (have the horseshoe jewelry) fell off. Thankfully I was able to get it back on and it hasn’t fallen off since but the right one fell off 4 times in one day and yesterday fell off when I didn’t know and I lost the ball for over an hour (thankfully found it lmao) since my nose is very sore and irritated by barely even touching it I haven’t been able to exfoliate my nose very well at all so it’s just a crusty mess; but while attempting to get some off the dead skin off, the ball fell off again. The first few times I found out I had been putting it on wrong to where the threads were still showing but I’ve made sure I put it on correctly the last few times and after washing my hands I make sure to tighten them. They still continue to fall off which is really fucking annoying. Has anyone else had to deal with this, and if so, how did you deal with the issue? I’m going to go to my piercer tomorrow and see if they can either get me new jewelry (which sadly I’ll have to pay for) or see if I can get them tightened. Any info will help!
