Cramps
Lately I’ve been getting a cramp in my stomach in the middle of the night when I try to change positions sleeping. It’s not period cramps but like one solid cramp that last for a few seconds. Can’t move til it’s over but then it’s gone and done with. Anyone have something similar? Or know what that could be?
