Best position to sleep?

Has anyone else been having issues with sleep positions???
Does sleeping on your belly hurt the baby? 
Has anyone used a pregnancy pillow & it helped???
If so what brand?

I bought a body pillow from Bed Bath & Beyond. It.did.wonders.😍 I sleep on my side, one leg on top of the body pillow and I hug it. lol 😊 Hope your able to get comfy!

I sleep on my side, leg up and pillow under my knee. So I'm almost on my tummy but not.

Same issue here since my 1st...hubby had mercy on me and purchased the Leacho Grow to Sleep Self-adjusting Body Pillow from Target online.

The best buy ever. The two end pillows can be taken out and use as a nursing pillow and other options as well.  You can position it different ways.
