I have the WORST periods ever. Not exaggerating. I can’t walk, my body becomes so weak, there is pain in my stomach and back, I get lightheaded, I can’t shower no matter what the water temp is bc I pass out, I can barley bathe & the water has to be lukewarm, I can’t even get comfortable, and all’s I do is cry. I have to have a heating pad on my back and one on my stomach and that doesn’t do much. Idk what else to do. I’ve tried every pain reliever. I’ve gone to two gynecologists and one tried to put me on birth control (which I don’t want) and one prescribed me pain medicine which isn’t helping. I fear my period every month. I don’t know what else to do.
