I got my hair cut for my maternity pictures that I eas gonna do this weekend. I told the girl a simple shoulder length bob and this is what I got. When I left, my hair was still damp. As soon as it started drying, I knew something was wrong. I was horrified when I washed and dried it to see the outcome. I went back to the salon and spoke with the manager demanding my money back and I was told "layers are suppose to look like that" "I should have known better about what I wanted" "this is what I asked for" "no refunds". I cannot believe how I was treated after receiving such a dumbass haircut from them. It will take forever to grow out and now I dont even wanr to do my maternity pictures. I just want to cry and scream!
