I need some peoples opinions on this as I’m unsure in what is going on

Last 4 days I have been feeling not like me lower back pain and period cramps weird feeling in my belly that’s painful kind of like contractions had Diarhea twice and been feeling generally unwell and loss of appetite I have been through all this pain and crAmps and contractions idk what it is and I don’t know what to think

I’m thinking early signs of labour but I’m unsure can someone help me ?
