HELP FTM Bleeding

I gave birth on 25 Oct. Got the nexplanon put in before I was discharged. I had my period on Nov 8th, about two days before my PP appointment. I have been bleeding since. One day it seemed to stop. I took a shower at night, didnt wear a liner to bed and was in the clear. The next evening when we were FINALLY gonna have sex, blood. Wtf. What's happening to me? I plan to make an appointment. Anyone have any ideas if this is normal??

Edit: this isnt my first time with nexplanon. This is actually my third one. I had two before I got pregnant. I had VERY few periods and they were shorter. So this is an extreme opposite for me.
