Me and my ex are getting a divorce soon and we have 2 kids he wants to split them 50% I did agree to it and he took them with him for the night I told him it wasnt his turn to take them and he told me quit being a bitch then threatened to take my kids away with the courts I told him i will get full custody if he does. When we were together he'd hit me in front of my kids disrespect me in front of our kids be mean to me and they would cry everytime they saw him hit me. He is an abusive, disrespectful guy and I don't think my kids should be around him 24-7 sure visitation is fine but he also works late and I don't think they should be with anyone else. I want my kids 24-7
