New mom to be/migraines from hell.

Hi ladies! I’m a new mom to be (excited/nervous) I’m really trying to see if anyone is in the same boat as me. I suffer from sever migraines before I got pregnant and now they are even worse if you can image and I’m unable to go to work most of the time when they come on. I’ve talked to my doctor and he says Tylenol but it seems like it has no effect on me and he hasn’t really given any other suggestions about what I can do. Has anyone gone through this and what has ultimately helped you or suggestions to ask my doctor. Thank you to anyone who can help this new momma out I really need some relief 💚💚
