My apartment manager sucks, she doesn’t take anything seriously... i stay upstairs and my neighbors across from me constantly gets drunk from morning to night , he comes home screaming off the balcony, cursing people out, beating up his wife, then I have neighbors downstairs who just let there kids bang on everybody car doors, there out of control parking there cars out in the yard with music blasting and the manager says she can’t do anything about this other than we call the cops ? Im so confused. I have an older neighbor that stays under me that has the same complaints its just sickening we pay 700 a month just to hear everybody else shit everyday. I just wish the tenants was a little bit more thoughtful about the people around them
