Thyroid in 1st trimester

I'm about 11 weeks and my tsh has come back as 4.3 and Ft4 as 17. I've been advised to take more thyroxine but doc doesn't seem too worried - but I'm really nervous this could lead to a miscarriage. I'm looking for positive outcomes if there are any out there? Thank you.
