Green poop & gassy baby

My 6 mo has had Green poop for the past week. Like neon green, still chunky. He started solids (carrots) yesterday but this has been happening since Saturday. I had pumped so that we could go on a date, I find that whenever I pump and he eats the bottle his poop is green but it doesn't normally continue to be green.

From what I've read it could be a daily intolerance (can this develop at 6 mo?), Teething or hindmilk/foremilk imbalance.

Any suggestions of what I can do to get it back to normal? It seems to be making him really gassy and he keeps popping 2 - 3 x at night.
