I got my BFP not long ago (last week) but I'm worried at the lack of pregnancy symptoms. I have the occasional twinge in my stomach and that's about it. I have had no morning sickness at all. I worry that I may have had some kind of miscarriage. My appointment with the midwife isn't until early march.
