To some,this may seem stupid...but just looking for real answers from someone.

I have a big date tomorrow. I forgot a pill 3 days ago so I started spotting. The next day I took 2 pills. Theres hardly any bleeding, like literally a few drops.

I took 2 pills again today. Separated by like 5 hours. Not at once.

Do you think I can a 3rd one tonight? So that I am in the clear for tomorrow??
