Anyone else’s hair fall out PP??

I’m 4 months postpartum (EBF) and feel like my hair is falling out more than ever. It comes out in clumps in the shower 😫

Yup, most definitely did! Mine was partly due to low ferritin though. 
I would still see your dr for a blood test, to rule out deficiencies or thyroid issues.

Very normal. It’ll stop eventually and then grow back in awesome “wings” and fly aways lol

Didnt happen to me but is really common! Continuing to take prenatals may help if it's due to nutrients, but its definitely a hormonal thing.

I’ve had I happen with each kid. Totally normal. Mine doesn’t do clumps tho.

Yes, it’s very normal.

It’s called a telogen effluvium. Happens after big life events including births. Can take awhile to reset, but it’s temporary.
