When did you feel your baby kick ftm

What was the first kick and when was the first you felt “flutters”. What’s the difference between a kick and flutters ? What exactly did the flutters feel like to you???

I started feeling flutters around 13 weeks, they felt kind of like tapping or or a little fish swimming around? Then they just gradually got bigger and now at 23+3 you see him moving around in my belly. My husband was able to really feel him at about 22 weeks without having to be super patient and focused

I have an anterior placenta so never felt any flutters. First kick I felt was at 23 weeks

I never remember having flutters. First kick I felt was at 21-22 weeks and my husband felt it at the same time.

I felt flutters at 16 weeks with both of my pregnancies with anterior placentas. The flutters felt like bubbles. At first, I could barely feel them unless I held my breath. I felt actual kicks at 19 weeks. My husband could feel them/see them from the outside around 20 weeks. The kicks were much stronger than the flutters and I didn't have to focus or hold my breath to really feel them.

Flutters are very subtle at first and can be compared to feeling gas/movement usually around 12 weeks. As the baby grows and gets stronger, you will begin to feel direct kicks vs just those subtle flutters usually around 20 weeks- give or take and your spouse can feel the kicks around 25 weeks
