good baby monitors with app??

What are some good ones? I need a good one with an app and night vision, I was thinking of the oulet it’s just so pricey and I wanted 2 cameras and for 1 it’s 399.00 lol

We have a traditional non-app video monitor for in the house but we also have a Nest camera in his room for when we are outside. Most monitors don’t have very good range IMO and it was frustrating that we couldn’t be in the yard and still see or hear him. Love having the Nest with the app. Bonus is that I can check in on our little one when I am out with friends or out of town and dad is in charge. 💙
