i normally get cysts on my ovaries near the time im ovulating and it causes painful sex for me but LAST NIGHT i had sex with a guy ive been talking to for a while for the first time and the pain was SO bad that It made me almost throw up. It felt like someone stabbing my insides repeatedly and i could barely walk after and i just felt so damaged 😩 it hurt to laugh or sneeze or MOVE in general. Its now the next morning and its still sore in that area but nothing crazy bad. What could this be? PCOS? I have trouble conceiving as well. Im 22. But ive never felt pain as bad as i felt last night enough pain to make me almost throw up 😢

I don’t have health insurance and ive been to the hospital for my ovarian cysts rupturing before but they did nothing pretty much. I need to go to an actual obgyn but i have no insurance so im just wondering if anyone else has this problem and maybe has some home remedies.
