Water leaking or peeing?

So this is my second baby. With my first I never had discharge, or wet underwear, and cramping at all! With this one I feel like I’m having period cramps constantly and I have wet underwear a lot and I don’t feel like I’m peeing and a lot of discharge! Should I get checked?

I don’t have cramps but definitely have wet underwear. I do think it might be pee. I’m not sure.

What’s funny is I had that with my first son more than I do now! Haha. If there’s no bleeding (for the cramping) I think that means you’re ok! Just growing. And the discharge is just a very...unfortunate side effect.
