Rise in your progesterone. It usually peaks between weeks 16-19... it will hopefully taper off soon if you’re past those weeks 🙏🏻

I’ve had a ton as well. Dr said it’s the hormones. She said to take Tylenol. If I still have it after 4 hrs then take 2 more. If it still persists then call the Dr. Try drinking Gatorade

I was curious about why I've been having headaches this last week or so. I rarely get them and assumed it was either the hormones or that I hadn't had enough water. Good to know.

My OB said it’s a common second trimester symptom. She mentioned drinking a little bit of caffeine it may help!

Have you tried taking extra magnesium? 400-800mg daily is what my doctor's office recommended to prevent headaches.
