Taking melatonin while TTC...okay or not?

I take 20mg of melatonin every night is it still okay to take while TTC? I’m assuming it is but I thought I’d ask just in case

Melatonin is fine but should only be 3mg. Stop when you become pregnant. *from it starts with the egg

It’s not good if you become pregnant. And that’s a pretty high dose , so I would cut down a bit

You’re not supposed to take more than 10mg of melatonin...

Wow that's a lot. It's fine to take now but lower the dose to less than 5mg and stop when you become pregnant.

20 mg is quite high. I take 2mg right now and my dr said I should try to stop

I took it when TTC and while pregnant 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s fine according to my doctor
