Answer

I was pretty regular and got positive lh tests. Ended up with unexplained infertility (all tests normal) and had three rounds of ivf (1st miscarriaged and 2nd didn't work). Took us 5 years to get here but we are finally 25 weeks along. But we are pretty unusual I expext.
