Back acne to the max... Any remedies recommendations?

Mine is awful... when I mean AWFUL, I’m talking about pimple faced pizza girl I once was when I was 12 ON MY BACK AND SHOULDERS....
No glowing skin for this momma, but I’m itching. Itching so bad I can’t stop on this “acne”. And it’s so embarrassing. I don’t even wanna wear certain clothes because it just looks so freaking gross... is there anything you lady’s put on your skin that helped your backne? I know a lot of it is hormones and I did the same thing with my son, but I was pregnant in the summer with my son so the sun did wonders to my skin and dried me out a lot. Not in this case, I’m having a girl and I think ITS WORSE THIS GO AROUND! Plus it’s winter here in Tennessee and the sun is no option.

I have struggled with body acne, dark spots, ingrown hairs, pimples anf boils on my inner thighs and body outbreaks since I can remember and I was in the process of making peace with the fact that my skin will never be flawless/normal enough to wear short sleeve shirts, to show my legs or to show my back/shoulders in my wedding dress one day.... until my one friend told me about this Sudocrem! Its basically baby bum cream... all I do is take a jar of this, mix in a generous amount of bio oil (because it makes it easier to apply) and then rub it into all my problem areas. Ive only been using this for 2-3 months now and my skin looks unbelievable. No more body acne, dark spots are 80-90% faded, nomore ingrown hairs after shaving, my thighs are smooth and pimple/biol free for the first time in my adult life, my strech marks have even faded, my skin has never looked this amazing. Its worth the effort and looking like a ghost every night after getting out the shower from applying the cream to my body because of the consistency and whiteness it has when being applied 😂. My scarring is almost completely healed, even my face id less oily. At the beginning it mafe my skin hella dry but that was.only because it was tackling all thr problems my skin had, the longer I kept applying it, the more flawless my skin got. Even my butt acne GONE! And my husband cant keep his hands off mr because of how unbelievable soft my skin is. Also IT TIGHTENS! And doesnt have damaging chemicals (because its intendef to be used on a babys bum)...

I would find allergy-free skincare products! Sometimes things such as laundry detergent or shampoos can cause back acne. But I’m sure it also has something to do with hormones but changing up skincare products could help a little bit :) i use SkinSAFE to find recommendations!

My god I’m in the same boat. I had clear glowing skin except right before my period started. Now that I’m pregnant, it’s ridiculous! I’m breaking out on the sides of my neck, my back, and my upper arms 😡 Luckily, I live in Vermont. Surviving means lots of long layers and scarves 😅 
You could give tea tree oil a shot! If that fails, it wouldn’t hurt to ask your OB! Or just cover up like I do 😂 Good luck!!

Hi! I’m sorry you are having this discomfort. This is just my opinion based on MY experience. I would get pimples in my chin, neck, back of the neck, my back and my thighs. I tried many products like neutrogina on cream, face wash, body wash and many other forms. They would just dry my skin and irritate the pimples, even though it would clear from time to time. Long story short, i discovered that the shampoo/conditioner I was using was part of my problem. Also the leave on conditioner and hair products like oils, sprays and so forth. This happened between years but I had taken an interest on finding out what products go with my skin and not only that I had to change my diet and my bedding to all cotton😪. I hope you can analyze all this factors and take care of your skin. This product here helps me while still makes my skin a little dry I just bought a water based face moisturizer and 🤘🏻. Best of luck!!! Please update us! My skin type is oily- dry and VERY sensitive.
