So had a scan 11 days ago and gestational sac measured 5 weeks and 2 days, went back today and saw a fetal pole with a heartbeat that measured between 6 weeks and 2 days and 7 weeks,

The sonographer said that she would say 6 weeks and 2 days but counting back that doesnt match up with when I got my positive pregnancy tests, I got my first positive on 7th December and going by 6 weeks and 2 days means I ovulated like the 1st December 🤷‍♀️

Does this mean things arent going to progress well?? 😩
