Daycare Outfits?

My LO starts daycare next week.  Since she will be mostly indoors (winter in NY) and not super mobile I planned to make most of her outfits footed onsies.  This will make it easier for the daycare to change her diaper and it’s has almost no accessories that need to be tracked (and potentially lost).  Would love to hear how others are dressing their babies for daycare.

Some days I’ll do footed one pieces other days a bodysuit and pants. Most days at home that’s what she wears and it’s not terribly hard to change her. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also in NY and start daycare on Monday. I’ll probably do zip up sleepers and maybe occasionally a bodysuit with pants. I’ll probably also leave a bunting suit with them for outdoor play. I think they do it if it’s over 30. I have a meeting with them tomorrow and will ask.

My baby starts in two weeks. I’m pretty much just going to dress her in sleepers and jumpsuits. Unless a special day like Valentine’s Day or saint paddy’s then a cute dress!

Good points.  I’ll keep it in mind.  I usually have my LO in a short sleeve onesie to cover her chest under her outfit.

I live in NY as well,bit for the healthy reasons I prefer onesies and pants, you dont really know how cold or hat can be the day care, those zip up onesies are good in sense of how fast can toy dress the baby but honestly I dislike the idea because the baby chese is always expise and they can get cold like that, I always hear people saying that is the best invention but honestly to me is not, my first baby was born in dec 26 and I didnt have experience and thank good only got 2 of those and I always end up putting a blouse or a short sleeve onesie when wearing those.  But is up to you what the baby wears, some people put heat than staff get hot and turn off the heat, i take my oldest kid to gymboree and sometime I feel is very cold but they dont put the heat on, so I always send him with a shirt and sweater plus jacket.
