5dpo cramping

I had some mild cramping on and off for a few hours. I am now just sitting here and get a very sharp pain in my uterus area. Felt like it was tightening or something. Very odd as I’ve never felt something like that or maybe I just never noticed. Me and SO are ttc so I’m thinking it might be implantation?? What do you think.
