Femara Cramps CD 11-13

Anyone else? Is that normal? Is it a sign I’m gearing up to ovulate? No positive opk yet and I’m testing 2-3x a day. I’m on CD 13 now and I’m getting increasingly worse cramps coming from what must be my right ovary. I have gotten a few twinges on the left but not nearly as many.

I’m concerned they may be cysts and not growing follicles. I’m so anxious to get to my CD 21 progesterone test to see if this works for me. 😰

This is my first medicated cycle and I took 5 mg Femara/letrozole for CD 3-7 after taking progesterone. I don’t ovulate on my own.

Please someone ease my mind this is supposed to happen!
