Pump and Dump
I’m a FTP and Exclusively Pumping. I haven’t had an alcoholic beverage since I found out I was pregnant Feb of 2019. My baby is 11 weeks old today. I’m pumping just enough for my little one and am 2 feedings ahead. I’d like to celebrate the new year tonight and have one glass of champagne. Would you guys dump it if you have just one glass?
