Go to Medicine for a runny nose?

I’ve been trying to fight off a runny nose for two days already.. need something to relieve it a little to be able to go out tonight. Any go to(s)?

Answer

I love Tylenol cold and flu. But if it’s just a runny nose with no other symptoms try allergy medicine.
