Casto oil?

Im not looking for negative comments i have researched everything about it, im just curious if it worked for anyone. Two days from due date and no symptoms.

I've taken it twice in the last week. First time I got bad diharrea(its a laxative though so I expected it). Got a ton of contractions but it stopped.

Second time I pooped once and got very during contractions for a couple hours and it stopped again.

Maybe I should have taken more? I dunno. But hasn't worked for me.

I am due tomorrow. My husband and I bought a bottle ladt night because we want the baby to come on time. I am not dilated at all yet. I am seeing such mixed reviews online, so Idk if I should do it or not.

Worked for me, I was already dilated 1 cm and 80% effaced. I took 2 tbsp in oj then 4 hours later I did it again and then 3 hours after that my water broke!  Did it with both kids and it made my water break!

I've heard it only works if you are about to go into labor anyway. Otherwise, you just end up with a horrible case of diarrhea

My midwife told me to put it in eggs and that would keep me from diarrhea but she also said to not do it until 42 weeks was a few days away.

Worked for me. Took 2 tbsp at 7pm then 2tbsp at 8pm had a tiny bit of diarrhea at 10pm (then nothing after that), contractions started at 12am my baby was born at 9:12am.

I got the info off of a blog where a wo man outlined the advice her midwife have her about the castor oil. I mixed it with orange juice but I didn't think it tasted THAT bad!
