When to go?

Ftm. Been having cramps/contractions all day now bloody show. When would be considered time to head in?

This sounds so cliche but you’ll know...you want nice strong consistent contractions...around every 5 minutes & lasting a full minute in duration.
I was SO worried I wouldn’t know with my 2nd pregnancy because my 1st was an induction...& I did.

My doctor said once I was having consistent contractions less than five minutes apart for an hour. My contractions were 2.5 minutes apart for an hour and my app alerted me to go to the hospital 😂

Went in at 820pm and she was born at 1120am the next day ❤

Depends on your doctor's advice. 
I was told to wait until contractions are 5 minutes apart, last for 1+ minute each, and this happens for at least 1 hour.
OR if my water breaks or I bleed I need to go in. But not everyone has that happen before active labor.

How far apart are the contractions? 5 mins or less and definitely go in!! Call otherwise.

I would contact your hospital just to let them know what’s going on. Depending on how far away you are from the hospital, they’ll be able to tell you what to look out for to help judge when to head that way! How exciting!!
