Just diagnosed with PCOS at 32

I have always had regular cycles my whole life. Periods always 30 days apart. 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy in 2010-11 after trying for 5 years then finally had my first baby in 2012. Got pregnant again no problem when my son was 15 months old. Had 2nd son in 2014. Had Nexplanon put in in 2016 and taken out Dec 2018. Started trying right away. Periods stayed regular. I expected it to take a few months to get pregnant. 7,8,9 months passed and no BFP. Periods started spreading out further and further. I am now 42 days late. Last period 10-18-19. Decided to go to my GYN bc I was having other symptoms like increased chin hair, acne, depression, and it was now 12 months TTC with no luck. (I know that’s nothing compared to some but with my own personal history it was odd)

He said it sounded like PCOS and put me on Metformin and had me go for blood work. My Testosterone was high. He confirmed that it is PCOS. I tried the Metformin but it makes me sick. I saw a post talking about Inositol. Has anyone had success with this? I just want to feel normal again. Any other advice? Thank you in advance.
