Stretch marks or mastitis?

I noticed red streaks all around my nipple only on my right boob. I had a spot I thought was a bruise on the underneath part for almost 2 months, but these have just appeared within the last week or so... not sure if I should call my dr or not? I don’t have time to waste going to a dr appointment if they’re just stretch marks...

Mastitis would hurt like hell and give you a fever.. so probably stretch marks but you can always call a lactation specialist at LLL to ask

Looks like stretch marks. But also another commenter said you’d have a fever with mastitis but not always! I had mastitis growing and I only had a red spot and massive pain.

If you had mastitis you would KNOW. My friend had it a few times and it causes massive pain and flu like symptoms

Mastitis is the sickest I have ever been in my life. If you have a fever GO IN IMMEDIATELY (or call- most OB’s will prescribe over the phone for it now). UNREAL sickness. But my breast looked similar except only in one spot - not all around nipple.
