This community wants acceptance yet talks down on their own people. Just because I’m light skin doesn’t mean a damn thing nor does it mean I’m not black. Who are you to tell me what makes me black? Fuck you and your entitled ass. I don’t have to speak like you, or act like you to prove I’m black. To the person that says if slavery still existed that I would have the luxury of being a house slave. Do you not know that house slaves got raped? How the fuck would that be luxury ? Why even bring that up?

I hate people saying I’m white washed just because I’m dating a white man. Well this white man treats me like a human being not some exotic piece. He sees me not my skin color. I’ve dated black men but they always have tried to change me by telling me I need to cut the attitude when I’m just speaking my opinions, or them trying to push the idea of being a power couple like I don’t want that at all.

So please community stop trying to push your ideas onto me. I’m my own person.
