Cold and a newborn

So I have a cold coming on and I’m freaking out. I have a 5 week old and I don’t want to get her sick, because I know colds can become much much worse in little babies. Anyone gone through this? How did they keep baby healthy? I’m so scared of RSV and my baby getting sick :((
