Has anyone lost about 70 pounds?

I took mirror pictures in my underwear so I would have before and after pictures for myself, but I'd only post the after pictures on my social media. 
I can't even think how I'd look 70 pounds less and I was wondering if anyone had before/after pictures of a huge difference?

I lost 60 lbs. I have pictures somewhere. I don’t have many Of me at my lowest. I’ve gained 10 back and Look more healthy.

Sorry I don’t have any advice or pictures to share. But I’m curious about this too. My new primary care doctor and I talked about Bariatric surgery, and he gave me a referral to see a surgeon. He said people tend to lose about 100 lbs with the surgery, and I’m more concerned about the psychological things that I feel will come with weight loss, and also the extra skin considering I’ve been fat for nearly 30 years. I’m worried about not recognizing myself when I look in the mirror and still feeling disgusted by the extra skin.
