Help my husband is a truck driver

Any of you ladies have an over the road truck driver for a husband? We have two kiddos a 5 1/2 year old and a 3 year old. I miscarried in August of 2019 and kind of just didn't think of babies for a while. Then I've woke up in the middle of the night nausea 3x in the last 2 weeks so I got kind of hopeful but started my period today. I downloaded glow to see what I can do to increase my chances. Out daughter was a surprise and our son is adopted. It going to be nearly impossible for me to have sex on ovulation days since he is only home 8 nights out of the month. Anyone have tips or success stories to share????
