are these cramps normal?
sometimes when i'm not on my period i get cramps so bad i can't get out of bed and i'm crying in pain. and it gets 10× worse when i'm actually on my period. i started mine yesterday and i have been in bed since 7 am because the pain is so bad. is this normal?
