28w3d twins detected renal pelvis or hydronephrosis.
Yesterday had an us scan and dr said we have to keep an eye on my babies’ kidneys. They have dilatation on their kidneys, that means that there is an obstruction that doesn’t let them have a proper function and urine goes back to the kidneys or something like that.
She said that there is nothing we can do right know other than wait and see how it’s going. If the problem doesn’t fixes on its own we’ll most likely have a pediatric surgeon at birth to perform a surgery right away. One of the girls have that condition in both kidneys and the other baby has a mild condition in 1 kidney.
Sorry I just needed to vent because this is killing me.
