What can I do or take to help me go to sleep && wake up feeling better?!

I just had "heartburn" last night for the first time ever, in my life, not just in this pregnancy! I remembered reading a while back the perks of pickle juice. "Drink pickle juice for heartburn" was one of them. I tried and it worked! Hope it does for you as well:) Good luck!

I take medication for my acid reflux called omeprezole...It really helps me

Don't eat right before bed and keep yourself upright until bed. Also prop your head and chest up. I take tums too, but that doesn't always help. See if you can find triggers that make it worse and then avoid those at least 3 hours before bed! Good luck!

I've heard yes and no on milk helping. My acid reflux cleared up since I got pregnant. Except peanut butter late at night, or pumpkin doughnuts. They still set it off. I just avoid my triggers and I'm OK. Doctor said if it comes back call her, I can go back on Prilosec or Zantec. I quit taking anything since I don't need it. A simple acid reducer helps.
